May Social Media Calendar: Don't Miss These Important Dates! ๐ŸŒผ

Updated: Apr 17, 2023

MAY is almost here and there are some fabulous dates and holidays you can use in your social media strategy ๐ŸŒธ. From Asian history month to World Laughter Day to Mother's Day ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง.

Before we get into content planning, I wanted to touch on a tip that I think you will find helpful and save you time. Did you know you don't need to create new content every time you post?

Let's talk about Evergreen content ๐ŸŒฟ.

What exactly is Evergreen content? It's basically anything that you create that can stand the test of time and is relevant long after you post it. Unlike some of the trendy voiceover Reels you may create or showcasing of seasonal products, this particular type of content is timeless.

How to create Evergreen content

I bet if you scroll your feed you will find content previously posted you could use again. You may want to change the image or update the graphic and tweak a few words, but wouldn't it be nice to not have to drum up 12 new ideas every month? Or, check your FAQs. Go through your DMs, emails, and comments and see what you get asked about brainer!

Give it a shot and let me know how it goes.

Alright, let's dive into May content planning:

There should be a few ideas in here for everyone. โฌ‡๏ธ

It's great to post about some of these dates, but how do you get these content pieces to convert into sales or leads for your business? Ensure each of your posts has a strong call to action for your audience to DO something with this post.
